Shipping policy

 

We ship with USPS.

• In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days after order has been placed + confirmed.

• All PRE-ORDERS will ship according to their TAT (turn around time) + once we have received them.

• We do not offer drop-shipping from vendors on pre-orders — all pre-order items are shipped to us. Once we receive them, the items are pulled and packaged then will ship same-next business day. We try to include 1-2 extra days on TAT for this reason. 

• Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped by the following Tuesday.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

• We are not responsible for delays in shipping as once items have left our facility it is out of our control.
