Refund policy
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT ONLY, IF APPLICABLE
• Returns can be exchanged for a different size - if the size exchange is no longer available you will then be given store credit.
• In order to receive store credit as a refund the item must be returned back to our warehouse.
• Returns can be made up to 14 days after delivery date.
• Once we have received the item and it has been examined you will be contacted via email from our customer service email.
• Returned items will be completely examined…
MUST BE UNWORN, BRAND NEW CONDITION, TAGS ATTACHED (IF ANY), NO STAINS, NO PET OR SMOKE SMELL to qualify for an exchange or store credit.
• Store Credit Will Be Valid For 60 Days.
• In certain situations such as - items ordered became out of stock by the time your order is pulled - pre order items are no longer available after order is placed due to website not automatically updating accordingly. Refunds will be given through the payment method used.
